Hi everyone, this is Kim hijacking Jazzy's blog today. She has pulled a muscle in her arm and is unable to type, but she so wanted to share this with you all. So I told her I would add it for her.

First let me tell you that Jazz's new GGS made his appearance into the world on Wednesday, August 5 2009. He weighed 8lb. 1 oz and is 23 inches long. Congratulations Jazzy and family on the newest member to your family!! Here is a the first layout that Jazz has made of Jaxon. Isn't he adorable?

I just had to blog today and show you my new word art set in the store today...I'm so excited about it..I just Love it and I think you will too..

LouCee Creations at DSO made this truly awesome kit  Jean Genie and asked me if I would like to make some word art to go with it..I loved her kit and the ideas started flowing..

This is LouCee's Jean Genie Kit. it has

12 papers, ranging from plain textured to funky floral!

This is my Jean Genie Word Art Set 

This GIANT set of 25, yes 25, Word Art phrases. (not all shown) These are very girly girl word arts, with glam and glitter, they are all bright and colorful. Each one is on its own png file and done in 300 dpi. They can be re-colored and resized. This set is a must have and will add that WOW factor to all of your layouts.

OLD NANA WORN OUT....need hep !!!

Hello Everyone...good Monday Morning.

I've been missing in action for a few days but man on man have they been happy days.  I went to see the kids on Wednesday night, (yes, I stopped playing Astro Pop, as I could not move my hand anymore..NOT really but I was sure tired when I stopped) Kendra looks like she is about to pop and she wasnt feeling good, so I offered to keep Kaylen for a few days....I called Chase to see if he could come stay a few days to help me with her..because of my health, I didn't want to be alone with her.

I had her until Sunday night and oh what fun we had..she is learning to walk and is all over where she can find things to hold on too..the rest of the time she was crawling everywhere..she is such a good baby, she wanted me to hold her a lot of the time and she snuggled up to me in the chair and just sat there watching TV and jabbering..she loved to watch Dora the Explorer, Sponge Bob, and anything with music and dancing.

I tried sneaking out of the room and leaving her with Uncle Chase but when she saw I was gone..here she came down the hall 90 to nothing jabbering all the way with a few understandable NANAS in the wash...that was a disaster, too many things to get into in here..I was going to work on the computer when she was asleep but I usually ended up talking a nap when she did..LOL

She completely and totally won over her Uncle Chase...oh yes,  all she had to do was say his name, and she did, over and over..lol she has him right where she wants him...around her little finger..ROFL..I told him wait till she is older.

The baby is now 3 days late...so anytime now we are going to be on our way to the hospital...I feel so honored Kendra and Josh want her mother and I in the delivery room..I was there when all my grandsons were born, but Lori had 3 C sections and thats not exactly the same, Gage was born naturally and I was there...if you never experienced it, you just can't imagine the feeling when you see the baby the first time...it takes your breath away.  It makes me feel so blessed to have been present at all my grandsons births and now my great grandson..

I tried all night Sunday night trying to do the mask but this ignorant dummy never got it right..if anyone has any easy peasy way to do them can you let me know!!!!

LooCee Creations has a new kit in the store today

Very much a girlie kit in it's pinks and blues with a cute name and a genie to match!, this kit has pretty denim elements and girlie jewels to create cheerful funky pages for fun loving girls of all ages.  I have seen all the kit and its one of those you just have to have ones...I have had the pleasure to make a word art set to accompany it, and well, I think its great..(tooting my own horn here LOL) I'm hoping it will be in the store by Tuesday...going thru QA now.. HELP I'M ADDICTED !!!

Good Wednesday morning everyone...hope you are all feeling good today...Well, I'm ok except my eyes are crossed and blury, my hand is swelled up and numb and my rear end is glued to the chair...addicted to what you say, well there is a story in here somewhere...LOL

The other night my friend Paula (PKDoll) called me and the subject of Facebook and the game Bejeweled came up. She was telling me how addicted she was to it and how that was all she wanted to do on the computer now...well, in talking I remembered when Lori and I got addicted to games and how much fun we had, she could always beat me and at times we almost fought over the computer..Bejeweled was one of them...I told her I had all my games on a disc somewhere..the longer we talked the more I thought about those games and how much fun they were..when we hung up I immediately went to my room and started going thur boxes of cd's that I never got unpacked, looking for my games...but no luck..so i went on line and looked them up and started playing , I LOVE Astropop, Zuma, Lexor and a few others..Lori always liked Bejeweled more than me..so guess what??? I found those too and I have been playing games all week long..I talked to my mother at 11:00 yesterday and was playing Astropop, when I minimized the screen to check the time it was 4:30!!!!

I got up and took a bathroom break, fixed me some food and a diet coke and about 30 minutes later I was back here playing Astropop again and played it off and on the rest of the day and night. I have successfully gotten to the 10th level lol...if you are a game addict try Astropop you will love it..

Honestly, before when I got hooked on these games that was all I did, I had to break myself from playing them..now I'm going to have to do an intervention again...LOL I do want my cd though, I am going to get Chase over here so he can get the boxes out of the top of the closet that I can't reach. I have tons of games on there.....well, maybe I should think twice about that LOL..I will never get any word art made! I think I'm going to jerk Paula in a wad ROFL...

Monday Morning Blahs

Hello Everyone..hope you all had a great weekend...I tried to stay inside as much as possible...these triple digit temps are not good on my breathing.

I tell you this morning my get up and go has got up and went.  I've been walking around here like a chicken with it's head cut off..not accomplishing much at all..

Saturday the 25th was Kaylens 1st Birthday...and my Angies too..can't believe Kaylen is already a year old..and well... that Angie is as old as she is now..lol

We had a little party for them at Mothers on Sunday. My camera has just had it, fine time to with the new baby due anytime, my budget doesn't allow for a new one so Angie and Dave made the pictures.  We got Kaylen a smash it cake, and a big cake for the both of them.

Kaylen was tired by the time we ate and was tired of the highchair..she really couldn't get into the swing of playing in the cake..she finally did but she couldn't figure out if she liked all that icing.she was funny anyway.  Angie has only sent me one picture so far.

She's eating a raw carrot, she loves them..Gage got cut out of the picture but Angie's foot made it in LOL Her hair is getting so long and is curling up. I will show you more when I get them.

Angies birthday got me to reminiscing about my daughters and  about how special Angie is, she's a wonderful daughter, a great mother, a great wife, I am so lucky that God blessed me with her.  I made some new word art and a layout.
